Salmon stir fry is made by stir-fried salmon with vegetables and spices. It is delicious, nutritious and easy to make.

And it is a dish rich in protein, copper and DHA. It is beneficial to human growth and development, can lower blood pressure, improve immunity, and can prevent diabetes and stroke.

Salmon stir fry recipe
You’ll need:
250g salmon
150g little pumpkin
25g onion
Salt
Green onion
Olive oil
Black pepper
How to stir fry salmon
1. Cut the salmon and pumpkin into small pieces. Chop the green onion and onion.

2. Heat a wok with oil under high heat for 30 seconds, and stir-fry the onion for 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Add salmon in the wok and stir-fry it until slightly white. Transfer it on a plate. And stir-fry the pumpkin for 30 seconds.

4. Add some boiled water in the wok, cover the lid and cook it for 2 minutes until the sauce has thickness. (The water is enough to cover one-third of the pumpkin.)

5. Add the salmon, salt and pepper in the wok. Stir-fry them for 2 minutes. Sprinkle green onion and transfer on a plate. Serve it.
