- 250g salmon
- 150g little pumpkin
- 25g onion
- Salt
- Green onion

Cut the salmon and pumpkin into small pieces. Chop the green onion and onion.
Heat a wok with oil under high heat for 30 seconds, and stir-fry the onion for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add salmon in the wok and stir-fry it until slightly white. Transfer it on a plate. And stir-fry the pumpkin for 30 seconds.
Add some boiled water in the wok, cover the lid and cook it for 2 minutes until the sauce has thickness. (The water is enough to cover one-third of the pumpkin.)
