Ingredients

  • 300ml cold water
  • 2.2L boiling water
  • 100g grass jelly powder

Instructions

  • Mix the grass jelly powder and 300ml cold water in a large bowl. Stir to dissolve.
  • Pour the mixture and 2.2L boiling water in a wok. Over Medium heat, start cooking the mixture until boiling. At the same time, using a spatula stir the mixture until the mixture thickens.
  • Transfer it into a container and cool at room temperature for 1 hour.
  • Put it into the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Cut the grass jelly into cubes, and then move them into your serving compartment cautiously. Add sugar, fruit and other ingredients. Serve.
