Ingredients

  • 1/2 Sanhuang chicken
  • 250g lamb roll
  • 250g beef roll
  • 300g hot pot meatballs
  • 1 luncheon meat
  • 200g beef loaf
  • 100g mushroom
  • 1 bag hot pot noodles
  • 100g Chinese cabbage
  • 100g spinach
  • 1 duck blood
  • 2 sugar garlic
  • 200g sesame sauce
  • 3 fermented bean curd
  • Soy sauce
  • Chinese chives
  • Chili oil
  • Green onion
  • Coriander

Instructions

  • Heat a wok with boiled water, and cook the Sanhuang chicken for a while, Transfer the chicken on another wok with boiled water and add 2 ginger slices, 1 green onion and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine. Cook the chicken.
  • Add 200g sesame sauce in a bowl, add cold water several times and stir until thin. According to your favorite, use fermented bean curd, soy sauce, sugar garlic, Chinese chives, chili oil, green onion and coriander to bring out your favorite dipping sauce.
  • Pour the chicken soup in a hot pot. Serve it with hot pot ingredients.
