Ingredients

  • 60g white rice
  • 1kg clear water

Instructions

  • Gently rinse the rice and soak it in clear water for 30 minutes. Drain the rice and mix it with a teaspoon of oil.
  • Heat a wok with clear water until boiling, add the rice in the wok. Continues to cook it for 5-8 minutes until the water turns into the color of rice milk. (At the same time, stirring continuously with a spoon in the same direction.)
