Remove scales, internal organs and gills of fish, and clean it well. And cut it diagonally on both sides of the fish. Spread salt and beer evenly over the fish and belly. And give it a massage Put ginger and scallion stalks in fish and belly. Marinate it for a while.
Use kitchen paper to absorb the water from the fish and coat the fish with starch. Then, heat a pan with oil, and fry the fish under middle heat until golden.
