Shrimp and broccoli stir fry is a Chinese dish. The main ingredients are broccoli, carrot and fresh shrimp. Many dishes have high nutritional value, but It is shrimp and broccoli stir fry that I really have to mention in summer. Because broccoli and shrimp are low-calorie foods, but they have very high nutritional value. Like many people have shrimp and broccoli in their diet.

Not only is it high in nutritional value, but it is also very comprehensive in nutrition, with protein and carbohydrates, rich in vitamins and minerals, and of course carotene. So if you don’t know what food wants to eat, then this dish is a good choice. And it is easy to make.

I like to eat this dish with rice. I also pair this dish with Asian-style noodles (such as fried noodles or buckwheat noodles) and get a great success. If you want more exciting flavor, you can also add homemade garlic sauce.
