- 2 squid
- 1/4 onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons starch
- 1 egg
- 1/4 green pepper
- 2 red peppers
- 1 green onion chopped
Beat 1 egg in a bowl, and add 1 pinch of salt and pepper. Dip Squids in the egg and then wrapped in 1 layer of starch.
Heat a wok with oil, and fry the squids for a while, transfer it on a plate and absorb the oil with oil-absorbing paper.
