Wash the chicken wings with water. Cut two knives on the back of the chicken wings. Cut a piece of ginger into silks.
Add the chicken wings, 2 pieces of ginger and enough water in a pan and cook it until boiling. Continue to cook it for 2 minutes. Pour off the hot water, wash and drain the chicken wings.
Heat a pan with oil, fry the chicken wings until fragrant. Turn it over and continue to fry it until fragrant.
Sprinkle ginger silks and 2 tablespoons beer in the pan and cook it until the beer has thickened. Add 1 tablespoon light soy sauce and 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce in the pan.
Stir-fry the chicken wings a few times. Pour the coca-cola in the pan and cook it until boiling.
Cover the lid. Continue to cook it under middle heat until the sauce has reduced a half. Add salt and cook it under high heat until the sauce has thickened.
Transfer the chicken on a plate and sprinkle cooked white sesame seeds. Serve.
