Sha Cha Chicken
Sha Cha Chicken is another popular dish in addition to Sha Cha Beef. It has a spicy taste like curry, but the taste is not the same.

- Vegetable oil
- 2 Chicken legs cut into pieces
- 1 potato cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sha cha sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 ginger slices
- 1/2 teaspoon MSG
Heat a wok with oil, and stir-fry ginger until fragrant.
Add chicken leg pieces and stir-fry until it discoloration. Pour soy sauce and sha cha sauce into the wok. Stir-fry it a few times and pour clear water until the water cover the chicken.
Add potatoes and stir-fry it evenly. Then, cover the lid and cook it under high heat until the sauce has thickened. Season with the salt and MSG.
Transfer it on a plate and serve with white rice.
