Cheung Fun - Steamed Rice Noodle Roll
Cheung Fun is one of the famous traditional snacks in Guangdong province, China. It is also the most common breakfast. The appearance looks pink and tender, and it tastes amazing.

For the Cheung Fun skin:
- 80g rice flour
- 70g wheat starch
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 400g water
- 2-3 eggs
For the sauce
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 medium clove of garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped shrimp option
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 green vegetable
Add the rice flour, wheat starch, corn starch and water in a large bowl. Mix the batter well.
Beat the eggs in the bowl and stir with a whisk. Set aside.
Pour the batter and the egg liquid in a large plate. Put the green vegetable and shrimp on it.
Put it in the steamer and steam it for three minutes until the surface is bubbling. Transfer it in a bowl and set aside.
Heat a wok with oil, and stir-fry garlic under small heat until fragrant. Add the light soy sauce, a little water, salt, sugar and dark soy sauce. Stir-fry a few times for 50 seconds.
Pour the sauce in the Cheung Fun and serve.
