For the Cheung Fun skin:

  • 80g rice flour
  • 70g wheat starch
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 400g water
  • 2-3 eggs

For the sauce

  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 medium clove of garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped shrimp option
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 green vegetable


  • Add the rice flour, wheat starch, corn starch and water in a large bowl. Mix the batter well.
  • Beat the eggs in the bowl and stir with a whisk. Set aside.
  • Pour the batter and the egg liquid in a large plate. Put the green vegetable and shrimp on it.
