Winter Melon Tea
Winter melon tea is also called Benincasa hispid tea. It is a kind of sweet drink that Chinese often drinks in the summer.

- 900g winter melon
- 300g brown sugar
Clean the skin of the winter melon carefully and cut the winter melon into small pieces. Then put it in a large bowl, sprinkle with brown sugar and mix well.
Marinated the winter melon for two hours, then the winter melon will naturally produce water.
Pour it in a pot and cook under high heat until boiling. Turn the fire down and continue to cook it under low heat for 2-3 hours until the winter melon becomes translucent. (If the water becomes too small, you can add boiling water in moderation.)
Filter the winter melon tea with a mesh or gauze. And Put it in the refrigerator.
Dilute it with boiled water and ice cube according to your taste when you drink it.

2. According to your preference, you can choose to make melon tea with brown sugar or rock sugar.
3. It is best to use a large fire to boil the winter melon and then cook it with a small fire. If the induction cooker has a regular soup function, it works best.
