Beef fried rice is a very nutritious food that allows us to absorb enough nutrients and improve our body while enjoying the delicious taste.
What is Beef Fried Rice?
Fried rice is a common food, which is divided into various categories, such as Yangzhou fried rice, beef fried rice, tomato fried rice, curry fried rice, bacon fried rice and so on, which are popular with the public and are featured in various places. And often used as breakfast or dinner, because fried rice is easy to make and takes less time.
And the Beef fried rice is one of them, and it is more nutritious. It mainly made from beef, cooked rice and some dishes. Making beef fried rice is a good choice when you are staying at home alone.
Beef Fried Rice Recipe:
You’ll need:
150g Beef Chips
1 bowl leftover rice
1 onion
1 Pleurotus eryngii, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1/2 bowl peas
2 colorful peppers
1/2 bowl corn kernels
1 cucumber
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon beer
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon starch
For marinating the beef
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon beer
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
How to make Beef Fried Rice
1. Mix the beef chips with 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 1 tablespoon beer and 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil in a bowl and set aside. Marinate it for 15 minutes. Then mix it with starch.
2. Heat a wok with water, salt and 1/2 teaspoon oil until boiling. Add the peas, corn kernels and carrot in the wok and cook them until 9 ripe. Transfer them in a bowl with cold water. Then, drain them well and set aside.
3. Heat a wok with oil, and stir-fry the beef chips until it changes color. Add the cucumber and pepper and stir-fry it a few minutes. Transfer it on a plate.
4. Heat vegetable oil in the wok. Stir-fry the Pleurotus eryngii until it becomes golden. Add the onion and stir-fry it until fragrant.
5. Add the rice, stir-fry it over with a spatula and break up any clumps.
6. Pour the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and beer in the wok and quickly stir-fry it evenly.
7. Add the cooked beef chips, cucumber and colorful pepper. Season with black and salt. Stir-fry it evenly. Add the carrot, corn kernels and peas and stir-fry them until cooked. Transfer it on a plate and serve.
Easy Beef Fried Rice
