I made this tonight for my husband and my 8 year old daughter. They loved it… and it was so easy to make… will make this again
This looks so good! I think we’ll make it later this week.
VERY EASY, VERY GOOD. One thing I felt this was missing was a SAUCE to serve it with. Even without it, this is wonderful, but DEFINITELY TOO SALTY with regular soy sauce. I wanted to try it as written, and I regret it now (and I’m certainly not afraid of salt). Regarding the sauce, I suppose you could double the marinade, but I think it would be really REALLY salty. Use low sodium soy sauce as other suggested and this would be a 5 star.
I love stir-fries! Healthy and quick!
More of these Hunan style recipes. Oh, thanks so much for Cooking. Brilliant recipes!
This was the perfect recipe for a relative beginner. Easy and impressive! We will definitely be making these a lot!
Easy and Delicious!
Very yummy! I marinated the beef for a long time, which is even better, and added a teaspoon of rice vinegar to the marinade for extra zing.
I have made other recipes but this is the best by far!
Great! Spicy enough for my husband!
I’ve been LOVING your Hunan beef for months. I just wanted to stop by and say thank you so much for such an awesome recipe! I love everything you make!!
Just made this tonight and I loved it! The marinade for the beef was perfect, I had to force myself to stop snacking on it after I put it aside or I wouldn’t have had enough for the rice! Next time I’ll double the recipe – – it won’t last past tonight – – tomorrow’s lunch at the latest. Thanks for sharing!
